If nothing changes, nothing changes.
We always have a choice. An a regular basis, we consciously decide to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results. But, when we keep getting that same result from doing the same things, and we CHOOSE not to change, we are in essence behaving irrationally. If you continue to do what you do, you will continue to get what you get. If nothing changes, nothing changes.
This concept might sounds simple, but as human beings we love to complicate life and make things a lot more difficult than they need to be. Instead of remaining beholden to certain habits and routines that do not serve us, we need to make a genuine effort and dedicate time to create those necessary changes. Use this time to self-reflect and put the pen to paper. By writing down what you want to change, including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, we will ultimately hold ourselves accountable. It will no longer just be an abstract thought in our minds, but something concrete that we can literally see right in front of us.
There is no time like the present. This moment is the perfect moment to start your journey of transformation. We all have the ability to change, but we have to want that change. We have to abandon our old ways and habits and find a new way to live.
