Kyle is an inspirational breath of fresh air. I recently interviewed him on my social media Vlog. Kyle's interview had some of the highest views. It came as no surprise as he is an extraordinary and knowledgeable speaker. His charisma and sense of humor make it so easy to converse with him and super relatable. I look forward to collaborating more with him in the future. He is a pleasure to work with.

Mike Slocum

 I can't say enough about working with Kyle.  He is very easy to talk to and understands all of the pitfalls of on again, off again dieting.  He's put together a list of foods that are easy to shop for and meals that are easy to prepare.  Most importantly, the food is delicious! I don't feel as much guilt sneaking a late meal/snack because I know the basic ingredients are sound and healthy. Eating half a Zucchini boat at 9pm just feels better than a burrito from Taco Bell! I've lost 18 lbs since I started working with Kyle 2 months ago and haven't felt this good in several years.  When combined with a workout regimen, Kyle WILL get you the results you cannot achieve with exercise alone. I highly recommend working with him.

 Kyle has been there for so many others during this difficult time by bringing our classes into a virtual setting, by answering our millions of health questions, by providing recipes, by giving inspirational videos on social media, and reaching out a hand when we needed to get back up again. Kyle is an perfect example of how when you plant a seed, out grows a beautiful flower. I can’t imagine how many flowers have bloomed because of him, and our community is so much better having him around.
