KYLE

Kyle started his spiritual journey over 10 years ago. He began practicing Yoga during a transitional period of his life and fell in love with the way the practice calmed his mind and energized his body. At first it was a hobby, which quickly became a part of his routine, and then fully blossomed into one of his life’s passions. He truly believe that people have the ability to change, to adjust their lifestyles in a way that makes them a better version of themselves on day at a time. In the summer of 2018, he completed his 200 hour YTT at the Ashtanga Mysore Yoga Shala in Mysore, India and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College.

With the belief that Yoga, if practiced mindfully, can be a transformative experience leading to increased self-awareness, Kyle’s mission is to support his students in developing their own practices, ultimately identifying their own inner teacher. Whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, he invites all to share in the gifts Yoga has to offer.

SHARON

Sharon Molloy is originally from the UK and began her Yoga practice and study 1993 while traveling in India and Japan. After moving to the States in 1995 to attend the San Francisco Art Institute for her Masters in Fine Art, she continued her practice and study with various teachers. In 2000 she moved to NYC and in 2002 to Parksville in Upstate NY. She continued to study and practice primarily in the Iyengar tradition for many years.

In 2016 she met her current teacher J.Brown, at Abhyasa in Williamsburg , which radically changed her practice and teaching to a more therapeutic approach. She went on to complete her 200-hour training with him and he continues to be her mentor and teacher.

HEILY

Heily.Bio.Photo.jpg

Heily first began practicing yoga in 2004 from an old Beach Body DVD found at a local yard sale.  Ever since, she has dabbled and excelled in various forms of movement exercises but eventually made her way back to yoga full time over the years.  In 2012, Heily had experienced severe anxiety disorders, which only furthered her challenges with depression.  It wasn’t until she walked into a local yoga studio after a long day of work and school that she felt purpose and clarity.  It was yoga, meditation, therapy, and community that sustained Heily as she transitioned through many new responsibilities and emotional waves over the course of the last few years.  Heily completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Body Art Barn in Chester, NY in 2016 and has since regularly taught yoga in Orange and Sullivan County.

Heily is currently studying Sociology at SUNY Empire and hopes to utilize yoga as a therapeutic tool for trauma survivors.  Heily is known for her quirky humor and realistic approach to yoga, and life, with a strong practice of breathing exercises to help ease and connect the mind and body.  Expect to smile, laugh, and move fluidly with Heily in her classes. Although she’s not on social media often, you can still find her on Instagram at LetsBeRealYoga
