Dope Ass Granola


Prep Time: 15min ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Cooking Time: 15 – 20 min ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Servings: N/A


Ingredients:

6 cups Organic Rolled Oats

1 cup Sunflower Seeds

1 cup chopped Walnuts

½ cup Chia Seeds

½ cup Flax Seeds

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla

3 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp Agave

6 – 8 Tbsp Maple Syrup


Optional:

Substitute Almonds or Pecans for Walnuts

Add ½ cup of Cacao Nibs

1 Tbsp Honey instead of Agave (not vegan)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


Grease pans with Coconut Oil.


Spread granola mix onto trays about ¼ inch high. (Don’t layer too high or it will not cook through evenly).


Place into oven and bake for 20 – 30 minutes, depending on your oven strength. (Check after 15 minutes and continue to set the timer for an additional 5 minutes the granola is completely browned).


Let cool for 10 – 15 minutes and then put granola into a jar or Tupperware for storage.
