Banana Chocolate Mousse

6 Ripe Bananas
1 Can Coconut Milk
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
½ Cup Dark Chocolate Morsels
1 tsp Coconut Oil
· Coconut Flakes
Peel and roughly chop the Bananas. Put the Bananas, Coconut Milk, Cinnamon and Maple Syrup in the blender and blitz until smooth.
Add Dark Chocolate Morsels and Coconut Oil in a small pot until chocolate is melted.
Add the Cocoa Powder and melted Dark Chocolate and blitz again until smooth.
Transfer the mousse to serving glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes until thickened.
Remove the glasses from the fridge, top with the blueberries and coconut flakes and serve.
