This video is a brief (or semi brief) introduction to my Youtube Channel. I explain the range of topics I will be discussing, mainly Heath & Wellness; but in terms of the Mind, Body, & Soul/Spirit.
I will explore each one of these components through the 8 Limbs of Yoga, including Asanas, Pranayama's, Meditation, etc, as well as Affirmations, Kriya's, and any other topic that relates to Wholeness.
